Job Summary: The Sales Operations Administrator will be responsible for providing support to the Sales Team in daily workflow and tasks as requested.

Essential Functions:

Service/maintenance agreements – put together agreements, track renewals
PEPPM – update pricing per contract, bid contracts (if necessary)
COSTARS – applications, track COSTARS sales.
Manage the handoff of information from Sales to Project Management – ensure Project Management has all the necessary information after the Sales booking is complete
Maintain Sales Pipeline spreadsheet (CRM software in future) – set up ticklers for Sales follow up
Assist in the creation and management of Sales and Marketing budget
Coordinate with Engineering on projects needing design
Subcontractor agreements – coordinate documentation for any projects utilizing a subcontractor
Attend Schedule meeting on behalf of sales
Type up proposals
Quotes 25K or less – BOM, quote
Ensure sales has everything they need for client meetings – marketing/presentation materials
Answer direct dial sales calls from customers
Ensure sales has everything they need for trade shows – marketing materials, booth set up, handouts, and travel arrangements.
Register new projects with vendors for project pricing
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional studies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
