Director of Operations (Construction Sales and Service)

The design team works with architects, interior designers, and real estate professionals to not only create exceptional custom homes, but to also ensure the new residence will maintain the highest market value in the future.

The Position: The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing ongoing projects, client relations, budgets, the status of the market, all employees and human resource relations as well as quality control.

$100,000 + Depending on Experience

Requirements: The role is new for the company and so implementation into the existing employees is crucial to ensure it is received the right way and in such a fashion as to not cause acrimony and resentment.

The role will develop based on understanding and requirement of what the company needs to best move forward. Increased quality, efficiency, and profitability are the primary goals for the position.
