Description

The Sales Operations Coordinator is a member of a centralized team within the Americas region, with the goal of supporting the Account Management, Business Development and Client Success teams.

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Client Services and Sales Enablement, the Sales Operations Coordinator's key responsibilities include:

Administration And General Support

Requesting Invoices
Generating contractual documents
Packing and shipping of marketing collateral to be used at client events (travel fairs, health fairs, etc.)
Liaise with other departments internally on operational / administrative matters.
Certificate of Assistance preparation and dispatch
Follow standardized support processes for increased productivity and internal client and stakeholder satisfaction; including opening and managing action items through a ticket process
Client reporting
Salesforce.com - per internal processes and requirements.

TravelTracker – Traveler Data Feed Activities

Data Feed Implementation
Support Support Travel data Quality initiatives/projects
Travel Data Investigations

Qualifications

Required Skills and Knowledge

Excellent numeric, written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work in a multi-lingual, multi-cultural environment where consensus is the norm.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous projects simultaneously
Computer literate (Microsoft Office suite and CRM applications)
Strong individual that can work autonomously and within a team to deliver results.
Creative problem solver with an eye for detail and accuracy.

Preferred Work Experience

Experience in an operationally / commercially focused analytical and/or Customer Services role.
Exposure to working in a cross-border engagement sales environment including previous working experience selling to emerging markets is preferable.

Required Education

Associates (2 year) or Bachelors (4 year) degree or commensurate experience.
