We have a fantastic opportunity for someone organised and detail-orientated to join our iSAMS Commercial Operations team! This roles are important as you'll be responsible for supporting our Sales, Marketing and Customer Account Management teams in an operational capacity through maintaining our CRM (Salesforce) and Customer Success Platform (Gainsight).

Please note: this vacancy is a 12-month fixed term contract to cover a period of maternity leave.

What will you be doing?

As a Sales Operations Executive, your day-to-day responsibilities will typically involve the following:

Providing proactive support to our Sales, Marketing and Customer Account Management teams by:

o Maintaining the company CRM (Salesforce) and Customer Success Platform (Gainsight) and accurately maintaining company data (client and prospect).

o Working with the Marketing Manager and external agencies in raising any critical updates or system issues in line with business requirements.

Processing Sales Orders and managing any updates or changes.
Producing client contracts, successfully managing the process through to completion.
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support the Marketing Manager, Sales Director, and wider business departments.
Managing queries and approvals for the iSAMS Identity Portal (community platform).
Producing reports for the quarterly new business sales meetings (complete with data analysis and slide deck).
Supporting ad-hoc team projects.
