RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Responsible for providing direction, formulating policies, and coordinating operational activities.

2) Aids in establishing company directives, vision and goals.

3) Directs or coordinates financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency

4) Analyzes operations to evaluate performance in meeting objectives or to determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, or policy change

5) Responsible for staffing, training and performance evaluations of sales staff; oversight of all customer accounts and sales targets; support sales staff in increasing revenue and client base

6) Identifies new business opportunities, initiating communication with decision makers

7) Monitor customer preference to determine focus of sales resources and effort

8) Negotiates or approves contracts or agreements with suppliers, customers or other organizational entities

9) Prepares or presents reports concerning activities, expenses, budgets, or other items affecting the business

REQUIRED

1) Masters Degree preferred, BA BS required

2) 10 years experinec in Sales and Operations

3) Experience selling technical solutions such as software or hardware

4) Logistics and Transportation industries a plus
