Position Summary:
The Sales Operations Administrator will support the needs for reporting, process documentation, system optimization, and sales tool usage for ISACA’s Enterprise Sales team and the Sales Operations Manager. This role supports the data needs (collection, analysis) of the Sales Team across all Enterprise Sales lines of business. This role must work cross functionally to ensure sales operations processes are defined, understood, and followed; and that we optimize sales processes with the appropriate sales tools. Additionally, this role will the support identification and clarification of system issues.

Essential Job Functions:

Reporting, Data Analytics, Insights: run periodic financial reports and ad hoc reporting requests as needed to assemble and maintain operational dashboards.
Process Improvement, Performance Management: document and maintain priority sales processes.
Sales Tool Optimization: function as an internal subject matter expert for the sales tools being used.
Systems Monitoring: serve as a point of contact for Enterprise Sales on development priorities/backlog, and open support tickets as needed.

Education & Experience:

Required Field of Study: Associates Degree

Minimum Years of Experience Required: 1 to 3 years of applicable experience

Description of Minimum Experience Required:

Data analysis experience
Several years experience with Salesforce reporting and customization
Intermediate Excel knowledge and experience i.e. pivot tables
Demonstrated experience working in a team environment

Preferred Field of Study: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

Preferred Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years of applicable experience

Experience in a sales environment
Experience working with international customers
Experience with SQL, Power BI or similar skillset
Extensive experience with Salesforce.com
Advanced Excel knowledge and experience
Advanced data analysis and metrics reporting experience
