Join our team immediately in full-time (40 hrs./week) as Sales Operations Manager (m/f/d) at one of our locations in Germany or remote (Germany-wide).

YOUR TASKS

As a Sales Operations Manager you are responsible for the continuous improvements of our sales processes for the international markets
You identify measures for optimizing processes in our sales channels phone, live chat, WhatsApp and email by analyzing key KPIs and through exchange with major stakeholders
You assess the business impact of high effort measures through business cases, prioritize measures and steer implementation in our CRM systems independently
You define key requirements for our CRM systems, create documentation in tickets and are the counterpart for IT during implementation
You work closely with the sales team lead to ensure that the sales team is enabled to implement optimization levers

YOUR PROFILE

You have successfully completed studies in Business, Economics, IT or a comparable field and you have at least 3 years relevant working experience in Operations and Process Optimization, ideally in a (B2C) sales context or similar position
Experienced in process analysis, refinement, operational improvement, quantitative insights, and actionable solutions.
You ideally are familiar with Salesforce, Contact Center Software and Communication tools (such as Twilio), PowerBI or similar solutions
You have strong analytical skills, enjoy numbers and data analysis, independently build dashboards, tackle challenges hands-on, and show high reliability and diligence.
Your written and spoken English is business fluent
