What you'll do at Jamf:

The Systems Administrator I is a technical position supporting the global revenue organization.This role is responsible for the implementation, support, documentation, and access management of business-critical revenue systems. The System Administrator I works independently and as a member of a team acting as a key contributor. This role requires heavy interaction with a global team.

This role is offered as remote in Minneapolis, MN or Eau Claire, WI. You may be required to work periodically at a Jamf office or collaborative work location with other Jamf employees in your area for certain events or moments that matter. Act as an advisor for the systems and tools used across the organization.
Manage and maintain systems for maximum usability, sustainability, and security.
Performs all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission, and purpose of the organization
Adheres to the highest moral, ethical, and legal standards to deliver an environment that promotes respect, innovation, and creativity

What we are looking for:

4 year/ Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Education degree in areas of Information Systems, or Computer Science Certifications (Preferred)
Experience with the administration of Salesforce and supporting systems.
Experience with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered
2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or equivalent experience (Required)
2+ years of experience supporting supplemental systems (Gong, Influative etc.) (Required)
2+ years of experience training and supporting end users. (Required)
General experience macOS and iOS (Strongly Preferred)
Strong knowledge of all Jamf product offerings and peripheral technologies (Preferred)
Strong ability to work on assigned and self-directed tasks with an emphasis on delivering results.
Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written to multiple levels of the organization.
Ability to interact effectively with co-works in a results-driven culture.
Self-started, energetic, and highly motivated team player
Active Listening Skills
Ability to engage with and establish trust and rapport with all levels of employees
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Employs a systematic approach to problem solving
Able to analyze a problem and make appropriate recommendations towards a solution
