Proven track record of managing sales processes and implementing sales strategies.

Some of your key responsibilities as our Sales Operations Manager will be to: -

Develop, refine, and manage sales processes, automation tools, and CRM systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collect, analyse, and report sales data, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategies, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Partner with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and HR to align strategies, manage budgets, ensure seamless processes, and handle commissions.
Mentor and develop the sales operations team, providing training and fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture.
Oversee implementation and maintenance of sales technology platforms, recommending new tools to enhance operations.
Identify and implement process improvements, stay updated with industry trends, and drive initiatives to improve data quality and compliance.

The location: This is an office-based role in our head office based in Twickenham.
