Salary Range: $70K - $80K Base Salary

What You Will Do

· Front-line support and maintenance of Salesforce CRM

· Serve as a CRM administrator supporting 60+ users in the Sales and Marketing organization for day-to-day operations. This includes but is not limited to user provisioning/deprovisioning, data cleaning, troubleshooting, building reports, dashboards, and workflows.

· Help enforce CRM data hygiene, identify, and remedy revenue data collection gaps.

· Enforce and maintain sales data integrity and transfer between CRM and Accounting systems

· Generate training materials to increase tool adoption and help with new member onboarding.

· Gather feedback from users and research alternative solutions. Continuously maintain up-to-date knowledge of all tools by staying informed on feature releases and following up on users’ support requests.

· Assist Sales & Marketing in creating and maintaining target prospect lists. Regularly import key prospect lists and distribute among team members.

· Help create sales territories based on revenue targets and market opportunity.

· Collect and analyze data to increase sales productivity and process efficiency.
