Job Summary:

As a team lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the sales & customer service operations. You will lead a team of sales &customer service representatives to ensure the delivery of top-tier service to our clients. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Duties:

- Supervise and mentor a team of customer service representatives.
- Manage escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions promptly.
- Analise customer feedback and implement strategies to improve service quality.
- Communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Proficiency in English;
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer data and trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM systems or similar tools.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
