The Position

We are looking for a highly analytical and motivated individual to join our team as a Revenue Operations Analyst. This position will support our Revenue team by identifying and implementing operational improvements to drive revenue and efficiency across the sales, marketing, and customer success teams. The Revenue Operations Analyst will play a key role in aligning and optimizing these teams to drive growth, efficiency, and accountability to revenue goals.

Responsibilities..

Analyze sales, marketing, and customer success operations to find and pursue growth opportunities
Support in the development and implementation of strategic plans to capitalize on these opportunities
Ensure all teams are meeting revenue targets through effective performance monitoring
Communicate with cross-functional teams to effectively drive change and execute improvements
Continuously assess and optimize operations for maximum efficiency and revenue impact

You are..

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred or actively pursuing)
1-2 years experience (public accounting a plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
Extremely organized
Be comfortable working in a rapid change environment
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables, etc.)
