Mission:

The main goals of a Sales Operations Analyst are to own operational Sales pipeline movement, own lead and deal data integrity, enable the Sales team to make deals with minimal friction, and assist in creating and interpreting HubSpot reporting that enables management to make informed, effective decisions.

What You'll Be Doing:

We need someone with the right temperament who can walk the tight rope of standing up for themselves and doing what's right for the business. You'll be a service center for sales, marketing, and customer experience and they all want you to share their opinion. You'll have to ensure you don't give into peer pressure, and let the data & strategy do the talking for you.
Act as a Sales-facing subject matter expert on process, policy, and pricing/packaging related matters. Basically the Beyonce of our sales org.
Be the initial point of contact for sales reps to move their deals through the pipeline, meeting the customer’s needs while fulfilling JobNimbus' requirements. In the words of Jerry McGuire, "Show me the money!"
Work closely with Sales reps and managers, enabling them to use business systems efficiently and effectively. You should love to geek out over systems and process.
We use HubSpot for our CRM and you'll help own the integrity of lead data, and cleaning/identifying process improvement. If you are obsessed with CRM's... especially HubSpot you get two gold stars even before you finish your job application!
Own lead lists from marketing, following them from rep assignment to close, and then creating reports to help us understand deal flow and funnels.
You should also be an Excel nut. Someone who can nerd out of formulas, and thinks VLookups are child's play.
