To support our rapid, organic growth, we are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic retail sales team. As a Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll utilize your analytical, strategic and organizational skills to help refine our sales processes, develop and implement new sales technologies and generally empower the sales team to achieve our short-term and long-term goals.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, an analytical mind and a drive and ability to proactively identify and solve problems.

This full-time, hybrid role is based in Orem, Utah, and will require you to be in our soon-to-be-open office at least three days per week. We consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your skillset, qualifications, experience and market data; however, we anticipate the annual base salary for this position falling between $50,000 and $65,000.

What You'll Be Responsible For…

Serving as the administrative lead for the sales team
Preparing reports and dashboards on sales performance, tracking key metrics
Analyzing past sales data and market trends to help forecast sales and set sales goals
Developing and refining sales processes to maximize effectiveness and efficiency
Assist in assessing and implementing new sales processes and technologies, including a CRM system
Providing support to the sales team as needed
Partnering closely with marketing, product management and customer service to ensure alignment with the broader organization
Assisting in the management of pricing strategies and contract negotiations
Maintain and evangelize communication best practices for sales and sales support functions

What Ingredients You'll Bring…

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years of relevant experience in roles of increasing responsibility
Experience with sales technologies, including CRM systems
Excellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills
Internal initiative to proactively identify and solve problems
Experience successfully managing large amounts of data and concurrent activities/projects
Demonstrated ability to deliver results on time and on budget
Proficiency in Microsoft and/or Google productivity suites
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Good understanding of business fundamentals, including sales strategy, pricing and marketing

Icing on the cake…

Sales experience in a wholesale environment
Experience using coding languages, such as SQL, to customize sales technologies/systems
