Responsibilities:

Manage global sales operations activities including territory planning, compensation planning, sales process and workflow, and other activities critical to the success of a sales organization.
Drive forecast and pipeline management, process, methodology, metrics and data.
Partner with GTM leaders to develop strategies to enable the global sales team to scale effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, Product, etc) to ensure successful sales processes.
Deliver data insights, reports and dashboards critical to understanding performance.
Coordinate with Revenue Enablement to deliver training to Sales and SDR teams on best practices, tech stack, and processes.
Implement new technologies as needed for Sales, SDR’s and broader Revenue teams.
Partner with other Revenue Operations team members to support, maintain, develop and continuously improve adoption of sales tech stack, including Salesforce, SalesLoft, Chorus, etc.

Requirements:

6+ years in Sales Operations.
3+ years with a B2B SaaS Growth company.
Hands-on and detailed understanding of B2B SaaS metrics, Sales Compensation, Demand Generation and Sales Playbooks.
Deep knowledge of Sales Ops tech stack (Salesforce, CPQ, SalesLoft, Chorus.ai and etc.)
Excellent verbal, presentation, and communication skills, ability to align multiple stakeholders.
Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior leadership, proactive problem solving, and critical thinking.
Demonstrate strong excel and analytical skills with an ability to think strategically.
Have an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality
Work well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Experience with Looker and LookML a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree from a top tier university. Science / Technical major a plus. Advanced Degree or MBA a plus.
