Working with a number of high-profile customers globally, our growing business is excited to be building our team in Belfast and are currently seeking a part-time Sales Operations Analyst.

As part of the Sales team in Belfast, you will be supporting the Team, administrating the day-to-day operations of Kigen’s commercial activities. This involves, but is not exclusive to, carrying out commercial checks on incoming orders, administrating and tracking orders through to delivery, and reconciling customer accounts ready for billing. You will be working closely with a variety of different teams as well as communicating with Customers and Suppliers.

What you will be doing:

Monitor mailboxes and ticketing system to process incoming orders
Update appropriate spreadsheets and finance / Sales systems to ensure accurate record keeping
Cross-team collaboration to ensure excellent Customer service
Help to create reports and dashboards to help show current state of orders

What do we need:

Must be experienced with O365 products (specifically excel), Jira, confluence
Experience working in a commercial environment processing complicated sales orders
Working efficiently and calmly even with high workloads and tight deadlines
Ability to understand complex contracts and problem solve independently
Must be inquisitive, with outstanding attention to detail
Ability to juggle multiple tasks whilst keeping well organised
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
