Job Description

We are part of the sales organisation at Kijiji - responsible for BI Tools, processes, and data infrastructure used to drive focus, productivity, and engagement of Kijiji’s sales teams.

We are looking for a strategic and analytical thinker with a knack for optimisation to support the Revenue Operations team and drive revenue by owning and improving our sales infrastructure including sales tools, processes, reporting, and analytics.

The ideal candidate is an organised, curious, data-driven & technically proficient analyst with a drive for constant improvement. Someone who is not afraid to ask questions and work with large datasets to generate actionable insights.

What you'll do:

Conduct detailed data analysis on data used across business units to evaluate business processes and improve on/create new reports, dashboards & analysis
Respond to data-related inquiries in real-time to support business and sales teams
Perform various data analytics in SQL, Tableau, MS Excel, and Python using an array of statistical methods
Provide relational database expertise to construct and execute SQL queries to be used in data analysis activities
Communicate data insights across all levels of the organisation
Recommend improvements to existing processes and procedures based on data analysis findings

Qualifications

What you'll have:

4+ years of relevant working experience - analytics, developing business insights
Effective Communicator - able to influence and tailor communication to all levels of the organisation
Analytical - able to readily grasp complex problems and translate them into meaningful insights while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
Technical Proficiency - SQL, visualisation tools (ex. Tableau), a scripting language (R, Python), and Excel modelling
Leadership - capable of taking ownership of an initiative and working through ambiguous problems.
Orderly - excellent priority setting, planning, organising, and automation skills.
Nice to haves: experience with SalesForce CRM
