Position Overview:

As the Sales Operations Manager at Kinective, you will be instrumental in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales teams while strategically driving business growth. Your role encompasses strategy, operations, technology, and analytics to optimize our sales processes and propel our company to new heights.

Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy & Planning:

Develop and refine sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Collaborate with senior management to establish sales quotas, forecasts, and budgets.
Contribute to the annual and quarterly planning processes.

- Process Optimization:

Analyze sales processes to identify areas for improvement and streamline operations.
Simplify sales operations by implementing best practices and reducing complexities.
Define and execute sales methodologies for consistent results.

- Data Management & Analysis:

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of sales data.
Leverage sales data insights to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Transform data analytics into actionable insights for enhanced sales performance.

- Sales Technology & Tools:

Oversee sales technology tools including CRMs, sales enablement, and analytics platforms.
Empower sales teams with effective tool utilization through training and guidance.
Evaluate and introduce new sales technologies to drive efficiency gains.

- Sales Performance Analysis & Improvement:

Collaborate with sales teams to analyze performance metrics and identify areas of improvement.
Develop actionable strategies to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on performance insights.

- Sales Forecasting:

Collaborate with sales teams to create precise sales forecasts.
Monitor sales pipeline and deliver regular updates to senior management.
Identify reasons behind discrepancies between forecasts and actual performance.

- Collaboration & Communication:

Foster close collaboration with sales teams to comprehend their needs and challenges.
Facilitate cross-departmental communication with marketing, finance, and customer support.
Bridge the gap between sales teams and executive leadership to ensure alignment.

- Compensation & Incentive Planning:

Design and manage sales compensation plans for optimal motivation and performance.
Analyze effectiveness of compensation plans and make refinements as needed.
Drive engagement through sales contests, SPIFs, and inventive programs.

- Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales teams.

Proven track record in sales operations management, preferably within the Financial Technology sector.
