About Kintora

We're a growing startup building technology to solve real operational problems in healthcare.

We started Kintora after working directly with clinics and realizing how much time, money, and opportunity was being lost through inefficient workflows.

Our flagship product, KlearQ, helps healthcare clinics manage incoming calls, track missed opportunities, and improve patient communication.

We're now looking for someone to help us take Kintora to the next level.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial individual to join us as a Founding Growth & Go-to-Market Associate.

You'll work directly with the founders to help bring our products to market, acquire new customers, and build the systems that drive our growth.

This isn't a role where you'll be handed a playbook. You'll help write it.

What You'll Do

Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers, particularly healthcare clinics and medical groups.
Outbound Sales: Reach out to decision-makers through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels.
Customer Acquisition: Help turn initial conversations into product demos, pilots, and paying customers.
Growth Strategy: Experiment with new ways to reach customers and expand our market presence.
Market Research: Study competitors, customer needs, and opportunities for expansion.
Sales Operations: Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects, track outreach performance, and improve conversion rates.
Work With the Founders: Collaborate directly on growth initiatives, product positioning, and go-to-market execution.

Who We're Looking For

Someone who is entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative.
A strong communicator who enjoys meeting people and building relationships.
Someone interested in startups, sales, business development, or healthcare technology.
An individual who is comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out independently.
Someone who is curious, resourceful, and willing to experiment.
Previous sales or startup experience is a plus, but not required.

We care more about your ability to execute than your resume.

Why Join Kintora?

Work directly alongside the founders of an early-stage startup.
Have a real impact on how the company grows.
Gain hands-on experience building a go-to-market strategy from the ground up.
Take ownership of meaningful projects instead of just completing assigned tasks.
Help build technology that improves how healthcare clinics operate.
