Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage sales accounts, ensure smooth communication between the warehouse, vendors, and customers, and oversee sales inventory. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential. Working hours for this position are 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management: Oversee and manage sales accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing solutions to enhance their experience with Kisaan International.
Communication & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between sales, the warehouse, vendors, and customers. Ensure seamless communication and coordination to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage sales inventory levels in collaboration with the warehouse team. Implement strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize waste, and ensure product availability.
Warehouse Management: Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of products. Ensure warehouse processes are efficient, safe, and compliant with company standards.
Vendor Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure a consistent and quality supply of fresh produce. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to benefit the company.
Order Processing & Invoicing: Oversee the order processing cycle, from order receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Manage invoicing processes efficiently, ensuring all customer and vendor invoices are generated accurately and in a timely manner. Work closely with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze sales reports, inventory levels, and account performance. Provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and drive sales growth.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, inventory, or customer inquiries promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in sales operations and warehouse management, preferably within the fresh produce or food distribution.
Strong understanding of sales processes, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and experience with invoicing systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
Proficient in using CRM software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret sales and inventory reports.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $81,019.00 - $100,000.00 per year
