The opportunity:

KnowHow is seeking to add a highly driven, and initiative-oriented Revenue Operations Lead to join the team. Your challenge will be to optimize our revenue processes & systems, and develop and track strategies for expanding the company's client base to increase revenue. You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing departments to expand our company's visibility in the marketplace and deepen connections with our clientele. You need to have strong skills in Hubspot, customer relationship management, content marketing, goal-setting, and key performance indicator tracking in order to succeed in this role. In addition, you should be able to spot possibilities and anticipate the changing requirements of the team.

Responsibilities:

Manage our Hubspot instance used by multiple teams across sales, marketing and customer success, ensuring streamlined handoffs
Ensure Hubspot is properly tuned and configured to provide an effective sales and marketing funnel
Develop and implement automation and improvements to save time and optimize the pipeline
Implement and track specific marketing campaigns to acquire new customers
Track marketing metrics and trends like conversion rates and web analytics

Requirements:

Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role
Expert knowledge in Hubspot Enterprise, including all hubs (CRM, Sales, marketing, Service and Operations)
2+ years working in an early-stage B2B SaaS company or scale stage company
Technical expertise and confidence working across multiple, integrated solutions
Preferences: initiative, data-oriented, systems-thinking
Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices
An ability to manage sales and marketing projects end-to-end
English: 100% fluent spoken & written
