About The Role

Kojo is looking to hire a Revenue Operations leader who will be responsible for collaborating on the GTM plan and executing on the internal systems and processes that support reporting, forecasting, and analyses of the business. The ultimate goal is to help our revenue teams (Sales, Marketing, CS) be more effective and efficient. This role must be a trusted advisor to our GTM teams and reports to our Chief Revenue Officer.

What you'll do:

Partner with the CRO on best in class saas metrics and associated initiatives/priorities to chart a path to achieving those across Sales, CS, Marketing
Deliver insights to Revenue Leadership and Executives against Best in Class Saas Metrics, to help supercharge Kojo's growth (including operational reporting).
Work with Revenue leadership to uplevel systems and processes with a deep appreciation for change management.
Proactively spot, solution, test, and action on processes and tools to drive meaningful results in improving pipeline, deals, and growth, at scale
Design and launch customer-focused processes, workflows, and automations that drive internal efficiencies and up-level the effectiveness of our teams
Develop scorecards for the field that help enablement optimize their efforts to improve sales effectiveness.
Own and manage the distribution of comp plans, territories, and sales plans
Manage, optimize and continually identify tech solutions that help improve relevant teams' performance and enhance the customer experience throughout the buying journey; ensure data integrity
Work with and own the relationships (including rollout) of current and potential technology vendors to assess potential needs, manage those relationships, and maintain contracts
Manage a world-class Revenue Operations team that provides superior business partnership and support for stakeholder needs

About You

4+ years of Revenue Operations experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, preferably Salesforce Administrator Certified, Salesloft experience a plus
Experience working in a highly integrated GTM team with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
Strong analytical skills with experience using data and analytics to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for process improvements
Strong business partnering and influencing skills
Demonstrated experience supporting companies throughout a growth and scaling phase is preferred
Demonstrable understanding of the SaaS industry and sales disciplines
Thrives in an open, collaborative startup environment while focusing on key goals and objectives
Preference for proficiency and experience in Marketing Operations
