Are you ready to make your next career move and support the development / management of Sales Operations for all three elevator business lines as our Sales Operations Manager for KONE Americas?

Essential Functions:

Responsible for the programs, processes and tools for Service, New Business, and Modernization Sales.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to maintain existing (as well as newly develop and implement) Sales programs, processes, and tools in North America.
Support the Service Sales Development Manager as well as work closely with key stakeholders to develop and manage Sales and customer support programs.
Support and assist in leading the rollout of Sales support programs by providing clear customer focus programs to align with America’s growth and development strategy.
Support in development and facilitation of training Sales employees on Sales programs, processes and tools.

As our Sales Operations Manager, you will bring with you a Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university with an emphasis in sales, marketing and/or business administration, coupled with 1+ years of experience in managing Sales Development with strong emphasis on customer focus and change management. You will also bring a collaborative and project managerial type of mindset, a background in a variety of software including SFDC, SAP, and Microsoft Office; and a strong background in communication with a variety of audiences.
