As our brand experiences growth in both ecommerce and wholesale channels, we are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to lead the execution of our supply and distribution strategy, whilst managing and maintaining day-to-day relationships with our customers and sales partners globally. The Sales Operations Manager will work alongside our Executive team and Founders to build and deliver against our growth strategy, including entry into new markets.

The Sales Operations Manager will not only manage our product lifecycle from vendor to customer, but will also be key in building and maintaining strong relationships with all our sales partners and consumers. They will also work alongside our Product team to ensure timelines are adhered to and in-stock position is maintained for each region.

Position located in Burleigh Heads, QLD, Australia.

On any given day you’ll be tasked with…

Manage the day-to-day operations of our Burleigh Heads warehouse, as well our 3PL in North America
Develop, establish and maintain sales and distribution strategies to meet Lack of Color’s objectives
Work with Lack of Color stockists, retailers and direct customer care teams to ensure that Lack of Color continues to be seen as brand of choice
Optimise the sales operations process and ensure that the company is using the most effective tools and technologies
Create sales reports and dashboards that track performance and identify areas for improvement to support future growth and informed decision making
Manage volume and capacity plans globally, with a focus on seasonal sell-through performance and core line management
Driving and delivering consistently high-performance outcomes with LOC’s existing and future relationships, building trust across all our customers

We’re looking for someone who is…

Demonstrated experience in a similar role, previous experience in a fashion wholesale setting would be favourable
Supply/Demand planning and merchandise management experience is highly regarded
Excellent analytical skills, including the use of web analytics tools
Exposure to and experience in budget management and forecasting
Able to juggle multiple projects at any given time while remaining cool, calm and collected
Comfortable collaborating with people across different disciplines and teams
Experience with JOOR and inventory management systems highly regarded
Hands-on and pro-active

We need someone who has…

At least 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role
Strong operations and sales development experience
Demonstrative experience driving sales to achieve financial KPIs and sales targets
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change driven environment with a can-do attitude
Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
Leading through clear decision making and focused guidance
Creativity and innovation
Result and performance driven
