Role: Sales & Operations Manager

Location: Hertfordshire Area

Salary: Up to £50,000 (Negotiable)

Lavandi Talent is currently working with a fantastic business within the Beauty and Personal Care Industry who are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Sales & Operations Manager to join their team!

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely delivery of sales orders and customer forecasts.
Lead and supervise Sales Administrators to maintain precision in the sales order book.
Collaborate with Account Managers to address customer requirements and gather forecasts.
Work closely with Supply Chain and NPD to track order progress and manage new product development projects.
Coordinate with Supply Chain for Purchase Order creation and with NPD for New Line Form requirements.
Liaise with the 3rd party warehouse to fulfill customer-specific requirements and ensure on-time order dispatch.
Partner with Finance to verify customer credit limits before order dispatch.
Provide weekly reports to directors on sales performance, comparing actual results to budgeted targets.
Implement and optimize processes to enhance efficiency in sales operations.
Identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in Sales Operations, within Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG or aligned sector.
Project Management / Timeline Management experience
Highly organised, with the ability to multi-task within a timescale and work efficiently under pressure.
Confident, adaptable and a team player.
