Leadership Circle is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist in North America to support our ongoing growth. The role will work closely with sales and business leadership to remove friction in the sales process and drive enablement of the sales systems, tools, and processes across the entire sales organization.

This role's primary responsibility is to support the sales team to achieve sustainable growth and capture market share. This role will be cross-functional and will orchestrate all components of the “supply chain of selling” including Pricing, Marketing, Sales Development, Presales, Sales and Services. Success in the role requires a team player approach, the ability to work across organizations (internally & externally) with disparate needs, creativity, and original thinking to proactively identify new and different strategies to analyzing data, to synthesize multiple information sources to generate fresh strategic and operational insights.

Key Responsibilities

Supports the Global Sales team structure by developing proposals for client project work
Support the entire proposal process, from RFP analysis and requirements documentation, solution definition, scheduling of RFP review meetings, draft development, price and cost analysis, and final proposal production and delivery
Creation of Margin Analysis’, Statements of Work, Master Service Agreements, and other documentation as required for client projects
Develop and maintain proposal and contract templates and databases to ensure all material remains updated and compliant with legal, licensing, branding, and marketing positioning standards
Effectively align and utilize all available internal and external company resources around the world
Ensure data integrity within CRM to maintain accurate reporting
Support team in day-to-day operations, and find ways to drive and improve quality assurance and sales efficiency
Manage multiple assignments and requests/processes concurrently, prioritizing accordingly, and delivering timely results.
Look for commonalities across our business needs, recommend improvements to accelerate and scale, and leverage our tools to automate in line with the growth of the business.

Requirements

3-5 years supporting sales operations, including the development of SOW’s and proposals
Strong communication skills, including editing, proofreading, and writing
High degree of numeracy and detail orientation
Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills
Experience working with highly collaborative teams and in a matrixed organization with remote team members
High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe
Remote position- work from home office (HQ in Salt Lake City, UT if in-office work is preferred)
