Collections Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

Leafly is looking for a Collections Manager who is a self-starter, results-oriented, and technologically savvy leader who thrives in a fast paced environment. You will be the key person to drive our collections process and manage Leafly's accounts receivable. This position reports to the Revenue Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with systems and technology and possess both intellectual curiosity and a passion for continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING

Create and develop operational improvements to internal collections processes, including working with business partners, key stakeholders, and other departments
Maintain 3rd party relationships and maintain accurate reporting between systems
Professionally make outbound collection calls while aiming to improve customer relations
Resolve client-billing problems and accounts receivable delinquency while applying outstanding customer service
Create and maintain customer repayment plans
Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss plans to resolve
Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports

WHAT YOU BRING

2+ years in a high volume collections environment
Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, xlookups, sumifs, etc) with large data set experience
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and critically in a rapidly changing environment
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Ability to leverage technology to invent, improve, and scale
Associates degree a plus
Experience with Salesforce, Intacct, and/or Zuora a plus

National Pay Range

$70,000 - $85,000

Salary may be adjusted based on geographic location.
