What you’re applying for

We are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to manage and optimize the revenue operations process.

You will be responsible for our revenue process, building the strategy of performance insights. You’ll work closely with the Growth and Partnerships teams to align efforts, using data and analytics to measure and improve performance.

In this role you’ll…

Implement and oversee CRM across partners
Manage deal and compensation structuring
Take charge of revenue processes (onboarding and offboarding partners, contracting, reporting)
Work with data team to build data integrity and align all channels
Generate performance insights on both the individual and team level
Support and manage planning and budgeting
Coordinate between all departments supporting our revenue organization

What you’ll need…

5+ years in revenue operations (preferable for a B2B2C company)
Expert-level knowledge in CRM management
Strong analytical, operational, problem-solving, planning, time management, and project management skills
Highly proficient in financial modeling, revenue modeling, and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication, along with stellar negotiation skills
Strong ability to work both collaboratively and independently
Ability to work in an office environment

The starting base range for this position is between $1750,000 and $200,000 per year. Base pay is one component of Lemonade's total compensation package, which will also include equity in the form of RSUs, access to healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan with company match, robust PTO, parental leave, and more.
