Overview

The Manager of Sales Process will play a key role in collecting feedback, leveraging data, and summarizing findings to support the design, implementation, and optimization of the sales processes and methodologies across all sales related roles including Internet Sales Coordinators, New Home Consultants, and Homebuyer Concierges. With the outcome to enhance efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness while ensuring alignment with the company’s sales objectives to drive a legendary Customer Experience.

Responsibilities

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Process Design and Optimization
Collect, Evaluate and Summarize relevant feedback and data.
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the sales process and implement solutions to streamline operations.
Implement best practices to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness.
Content Development for Sales Training
Create content for training programs and materials to educate sales teams on new processes, tools, and techniques.
Sales Technology and Tools
Collaborate with LTS (Lennar Technology Services) to pilot and implement sales technology, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, and sales enablement tools to support the sales process.
Provide ongoing guidance on the effective use of sales tools and technologies.
Sales Analytics and Reporting
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports to highlight sales process performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with other members of the National Sales Team to ensure seamless alignment with all sales roles.
Gather feedback from sales teams and other stakeholders to inform process improvements.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
5 – 7 years of experience required.
Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification.
Proven experience in sales operations, process improvement, or related roles.
Thorough knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud
Experience with JIRA
Strong analytical, problem solving, conflict resolution and mediation abilities.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Requires the ability to work in excess of 8 hours per day. This position also requires the associate to be flexible with the ability to work some weekends as necessary. Finger dexterity is necessary.
