We are seeking a Manager of Revenue Operations to lead the function of RevOps and manage a team of sales, marketing and customer success operations professionals. This position requires exceptional consultative and analytical skills, problem solving ability, and an ability to translate KPI's into process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a detail-oriented, operational efficiency approach to the job and have the skills, influence, and experience to optimize the entire sales process from lead generation to commission payments. As the head of this group, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our go-to-market operations efforts, with a primary focus on leveraging data and structure to ensure that the sales and customer success teams are performing at their maximum capacity and potential. You and your team will design and execute data & analysis efforts, annual planning cycles, commission and territory management projects and more, all in collaboration with key business stakeholders. Your efforts will empower our revenue teams to operate efficiently, effectively and smartly as we scale our business in the years ahead.

Activities:

Lead and execute the management of a complete RevOps model, including marketing to sales lead management and ongoing operation and health in coordination with IT and functional stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Partners). Manage a team of two direct reports in the pursuit of this mission.
Responsible for developing a real-time operating model to ensure accurate reporting on marketing and sales KPIs, forecast, and overall GTM data quality
Develop program- and channel-based success metrics, including but not limited to digital, ABM, organic, outbound, etc.
Help to build and maintain an annual operating calendar for all key GTM outputs/milestones.
Work to ensure data integrity across all platforms; support marketing on data selection for campaigns, manage workflows, custom fields, and overall data management processes and database health.
Actively manage territory coverage, headcount, pipeline, conversion, and utilization rates.
Own GTM forecasting workflows, including monthly sales forecasting cycles and partnering with finance to align measures of business health
Partner with sales leadership to prepare monthly sales team meeting materials
Partner with sales leadership and enablement to drive communications on performance across key channels (Slack, team meetings, intranet, etc.)
Support the annual planning cycle, including prior year retrospective, commission planning, territory planning, hiring plans and other key tasks
Own operational tasks managed within CRM; as an example, managing new account creation and data matching efforts as TAM expands
Publish, update and manage a Rules of Engagement (RoE) document; flag and support the enforcing of any violations to RoEs
Leverage industry intelligence databases to feed sales team relevant opportunities (e.g. Bloomberg Law, GovSpend)
Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; deﬁne and delivery techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management

Proven Capabilities:

Translate business needs into technical solutions
Verifiable expertise in creating reporting packages and dashboards from RevOps system data that can be easily analyzed and acted upon by business counterparts
Experience creating target account lists, sourcing and optimizing data feeds for contacts, building and using scoring algorithms, territory design, etc.
Expertise in supporting the development of quota plans, compensation plans and capacity models
Experience evolving the data models within CRM so key behaviors and indicators are appropriately tracked
Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) applications and reporting systems (e.g. Clari)

Able to collaborate effectively across the organization and with external stakeholders
Experience successfully working with senior (C-level) executives

Must be a self-starter who works well on diverse and blended teams

Education/Training, Qualifications, and Certification:

Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience building and leading RevOps or BizOps teams in a fast-growing company
2+ years of managing people
You have experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, Chorus
You have expertise in driving results and outcomes while solving complex business problems, as an individual contributor and through direct reports
You use your excellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
You exhibit the ability to partner effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts in addition to the day-to-day users of technologies
