In the Staffing Operations Manager role, you will be responsible for defining and improving operational policies and procedures. You will be a key contributor to ensuring strategic decision making aligns with corporate goals. Projects may focus on functional areas such as operations, human resources, finance, technology, merchandising, logistics and sales & marketing. Success in this role will be demonstrated by substantive increases in operational effectiveness and company revenue.

Operations Manager Job Responsibilities and Duties

Perform detailed analyses of existing operations and processes, gathering applicable data and identifying areas for improvement
Devise new approaches to improve efficiencies and cost-effectiveness while meeting company objectives
Work with management on budgeting, planning and reporting requirements
Regularly communicate with operating teams and management to present ideas, new processes and current company operation findings
Provide assistance in setting staffing levels consistent with budget constraints and departmental needs
Direct, hire, manage, train and mentor operations department team members
Create processes and procedures to enhance the recruitment ability of branch operations
Ensure the company is compliant but routinely auditing branch operations
Work closely with key company teams and functional areas
Assist in managing staff levels, supply requirements and equipment needs
Develop and build relationships across organization to gain consensus and intra-organizational communication
Establish and grow current accounts
Build expertise in effectively using the latest analytical technology and tools

Operations Manager Job Requirements

5+ years of management
5+ years in a staffing environment
Strong and proven recruiting abilities
Ability to create compelling reports and presentations to influence business decisions
Expertise in spreadsheets and financial tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be bilingual – (English and Spanish)
Ability to work OT, weekends and holidays as needed
Excellent presentation skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent planning organizational and project management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
