LimFlow is searching for a highly motivated candidate to lead implementation and development of our Sales Operations.

In this critical position, you and your team of sales operations and customer success professionals will be responsible for the implementation and management of processes, systems and tools designed to reduce friction in the end-to-end sales process, support organizational sales goals and honor the organization’s commitment to positive customer experience and patient outcomes.

Your Day-to-Day Activities:

Oversee LimFlow’s sales funnel and proactively analyze and report on trends, gaps and opportunities
In conjunction with your team, implement tools and processes to streamline and optimize the sales process
Your previous Sales Operations experience will be utilized to select, implement, and manage sales automation tools, a CRM database and associated data and system and processes for accurate and timely tracking and reporting of all sales activities.
Using state of the art tools and proactive communication with stakeholders, you will provide accurate, timely Sales Forecasting
Work collaboratively with sales leadership to develop and evaluate organizational goals and progress
Provide assistance with on-boarding and training new sales reps
Drive tactical planning throughout all levels of the organization closest to the customer
Proactively maintain communication to up and down stream stakeholders.
Work cross functionally to collaborate with functional experts as a strategic partner for commercial success and positive customer experiences
Embrace the responsibility for full sales cycle execution, including opportunity prioritization, accurate forecasting, sophisticated sales process, preparation for customer presentations, professional follow-up, and goal attainment.
Elevate lead generation activities to the next level through continuous review and refinement of methodologies.
Establish, and manage the company’s customer success department which will facilitate and provide world class customer service while adhering to established business processes and ensuring the organization understands and meets its customer’s requirements.
You and the customer success team will be the key liaison between our clinical customers and internal team as you manage and coordinate all customer service activities, including order-to-invoice processes and related transactions.
You and your team will ensure that customer issues are discerned, documented, resolved, and communicated effectively internally and with the customer.
Leverage your previous managerial experience to select, develop, train, manage and evaluate a multidisciplinary team of customer success and operations professionals.
Perform additional responsibilities as necessary to support the overall success of the organization, sales and positive customer experiences.

What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
10+ years progressive relevant experience with demonstrated experience implementing and leading sales operations tools and systems
Must have experience evaluating and implementing a CRM and database software
Strong Analytical ability and able to prioritize multiple projects
Excellent problem solving, project management, program management and interpersonal and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to move fluidly from strategic thinking and with tactical implementation
Solid experience effectively leveraging and interacting with various teams throughout the organization
Experience hiring, developing and managing personnel
Proven ability to identify and lead growth enabling initiatives
Experience owning and implementing the end-to-end process of tracking the sales process and conversion rates throughout the sales funnel
Demonstrated financial expertise with a track record of successful fiscal and operating management
Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Intermediate skills and proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Powerpoint
Up to 10% travel domestically and internationally
The candidate should be based in the United States with full work authorization
