This position leads a team that manages order placement and fulfillment for existing accounts. The Customer Service/Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

Champion customer intimacy efforts within the team and the entire organization
Support Customer Sales team members as needed to ensure assignments are clear, completed accurately and timely to enhance our customers’ experiences
Investigate and address escalations regarding delivery, quality, supply chain issues, etc.
Nurture the development of team members from new hire orientation throughout their career progression
Align cross functional teams’ responsibilities and cooperation to enhance our customers’ experiences
Resolve novel issues with creative solutions that adhere to operating standards. Must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule format.

The ideal candidate juggles multiple duties while staying organized and maintaining focus on details. A self-starter is desired who can initiate and see projects through to completion. If you embody these traits the Customer Service/Sales Operations Manager is the position you are seeking.

The position requires:

A minimum of 5-7 years’ previous experience with customer service, supervision, planning and MRP systems.
Previous inside sales experience required. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) experience is a plus.
A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred. An Associate’s Degree is required.
