The Role

As the Revenue Operations Manager, your role will be crucial in influencing growth and strategic direction. You will have the responsibility of facilitating revenue enablement across various customer-facing departments such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product. This entails overseeing the entire revenue operations process, starting from lead generation to closing deals and retaining customers, with the aim of achieving a smooth and efficient workflow.

Collaborate with revenue teams to utilize data for identifying and cultivating revenue opportunities in customer-facing functions.
Assist revenue teams in creating and implementing a strategy to enhance revenue generation by streamlining the purchase process across all customer-facing functions.
Construct management reports and dashboards in consultation with Revenue Leaders.
Implement a business intelligence (BI) tool in collaboration with revenue teams to collect, organize, visualize, and analyze data, highlighting trends and patterns for data-driven decision-making.
Partner with Marketing to develop revenue enablement content, tools, and assets that enhance metrics, with a specific focus on sales enablement.
Manage and report on various revenue key performance indicators (KPIs), such as customer acquisition cost, win rates, monthly recurring revenue (MRR), annual recurring revenue (ARR), average contract value (ACV), renewals and upsells, churn rate, customer lifetime value, pipeline velocity, and sales cycle time.
Analyze, establish, and manage an effective attribution model throughout the customer journey to optimize revenue and return on investment (ROI).
Evaluate and establish processes, programs, and systems to increase revenue, minimize costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to design and implement new revenue systems and processes.
Organize and execute sprint planning, obtaining support from various stakeholders.
Streamline contract, invoicing, purchase, and renewal processes.
Develop processes to reduce friction and automate tasks throughout the buyer/customer lifecycle.
Implement data governance practices across the organization.
