Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field: MBA a plus

· 8+ years of progressive experience in revenue operations, sales operation or related roles, with proven track record of driving revenue growth in a global, high-growth environment

· Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for turning insights into impactful actions.

· Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales technology tools; familiarity with advanced analytics and reporting platforms.

· Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and drive results across cross-functional teams.

· Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

· Change management expertise, with a track record of leading successful organizational transformations.
