About the Role

Lively is looking for a Revenue Operations Associate to join the Rev Ops team! You'll report into the Director of Revenue Operations and assist the Rev Ops and other go-to-market teams with a variety of duties. Such as: assisting the Sr. Salesforce Administrator & Revenue Systems Manager with various tasks and projects, managing our ticketing system via a Salesforce Case queue, creating Salesforce records for our customers using integrations, general data clean up, and more.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career, who's interested in exploring a career in Revenue Operations. You'll be exposed to all the inner workings of a Rev Ops team and get familiar with a variety of job duties and career paths.

Responsibilities

Owning and managing the Salesforce Case Queue, assigning out to other members of the Admin team when appropriate
Creating and updating Salesforce records for our customers
Salesforce data cleaning, updates, and inserts using DataLoader
Solving errors of our sync between the Lively product and Salesforce

Skills & Experience

2+ years of relevant work experience
Interest in a career in Revenue Operations
Good team player who enjoys helping
Experience using Salesforce a plus, but not required
Self-starter attitude with a "no task is too small" mentality

The base salary range listed below for this position is inclusive of all U.S. States and Washington D.C. Actual pay will depend on the candidate's location and experience.

Salary range: $70,000 - $95,000 DOE

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis with no sponsorship needed now, or in the future.
