We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to motivate, train, and inspire our independent reps, manage our internal sales teams, and to ultimately grow Loftwall’s business.

Job Responsibilities

Account Management

Manages Account Management, Design, and Customer Service teams (current headcount: 6)

Develop team members providing guidance to them on projects they’re working on, setting goals, etc.

Ensures consistency in hitting service level targets (response time, follow ups to open quotes, turn-around time on drawings/revisions)

Resolves escalations and provides approvals

Works to enhance experience for dealership relations

Removes barriers for team

Responsible for identifying root cause of warranties and creating corrective actions internally to mitigate risk on future orders

Responsible for ensuring internal team has product knowledge and training on all new products

Operations

Oversee systems and data administration and recommend tools to improve data quality, analysis, and reporting

Manage dashboards and build revenue forecasts so teams can easily understand business health and meet goals

Partner with leadership to strategize, operationalize, and analyze the impact of business initiatives

Work cross-functionally with customer success, sales, business operations, finance, product, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to share insights and centralize information

Fight for improved processes and adoption across the organization

External Sales Rep Expectations

Travel - 5-6 sales trips per year

Escalation issues - intervening on behalf of reps and customers to find common ground, solutions, while protecting customers and understanding the bottom line implications to the business

Rep Training - equipping and motivating our reps to become the privacy experts in their markets. Working with CEO and Marketing to create and distribute content that supports our reps and inspires them to sell more Loftwall.

Rep Care/Maintenance - building relationships with key reps (principals and sub reps). Understanding their motivations, concerns, the way they like to sell, their line package, and how we can best support and grow their Loftwall business. This is a mixture of proactive and reactive measures - the ultimate goal is that every Loftwall rep loves selling our line.
