About Client

This multinational developer is a major player globally who are committed to an amazing pipeline of projects in the Perth CBD. Having made significant investments in both the Eastern states and local WA market, they are at the helm of multiple billion-dollar development schemes.

Having shaped the skyline of multiple major cities around the world, they are known for developing state of the art, iconic, luxury high rise towers delivering Hotels, Apartments and Commercial and Retail spaces.

About Role

With a growing pipeline of projects across WA they are now looking to engage an experienced property coordinator to support the development team in coordinating sales and leasing activities across multiple projects in WA.

To be successful you will be proficient in the below:

2+ years’ experience in a similar administration role within the property administration or settlements industry.
Assist with sales and lease administration, CRM management, logging and tracking sales and leasing contracts and their conditions, and ongoing communication with sales agents and channel managers.
Assist with marketing, and management of events from time to time.
Assist with organising properties for viewings and opens.
Maintain all sales contract documentation to a high standard.
Assist with preparation of project briefings, scope of works, analysis reports, approval requests, and other correspondence.
Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign + Canva).
Great work ethic, drive, and a can-do attitude.

To be successful you will be comfortable working at a fast pace, be highly switched on, personable and be able to stand your ground in a sales environment.
