Lovelytics is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Revenue Operations to lead and strengthen our sales and marketing team. This role will report directly to the CEO and will directly oversee the marketing and sales team.

The Head of Revenue Operations will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand positioning, and ensuring the success of our data and analytics consulting business. In addition to the sales and marketing team members, this role will work closely with the Head of Industry, Industry Leads, and our technical delivery team to execute against our expanding goals and targets.

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving defined company sales targets, defining the company sales and overall revenue operations strategy and executing it, and ensuring top performance from your team.

Job Location: While flexible, the preferred location for this role is in proximity to our Arlington, VA office (DC metro area).

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans aimed at exceeding organizational goals for our services and solutions.
Oversee sales forecasting and set performance goals for the team.
Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to cultivate and manage effective sales and marketing programs.
Engage with prospects and customers to support sales discussions and negotiations and manage escalations when necessary.
Continually refine Lovelytics’ existing strategy and monitor market trends to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
Work with the Director of Marketing to set and prioritize marketing activities and focus, including messaging and prioritization, and facilitate collaboration between sales and marketing teams.
Establish and maintain relationships with the highest level, key strategic partners, such as Databricks, AWS, Tableau, Microsoft Azure, and others.
Guide the Director of Channel Alliance Partners in expanding and developing our partner ecosystem.
Collaborate with the Head of Industry and Industry Leads to integrate messaging, content, and priority areas into strategic sales and marketing approaches.
Develop processes to ensure performance, efficient organization, and alignment across sales and marketing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
15+ years of experience leading and growing channel and organic sales teams in professional services and/or data analytics ecosystem.
Proven experience developing and executing a sales strategy to meet sales quotas in a fast-growing company as well as the ability to negotiate and close large-scale deals.
A strong understanding of how to navigate a channel sales partnership with large software companies.
Experience with Salesforce (CRM) and implementing processes to manage forecasting, deals, and other key sales metrics.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
Strong analytical skills to interpret key business indicators and competitive trends.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience collaborating with diverse teams, including technical and delivery teams.
Healthcare, financial services, media, manufacturing and/or retail industry knowledge is a plus.
Existing relationships with Databricks, AWS, Tableau, and/or Azure are a plus.
Understanding of the Databricks ecosystem or similar platforms is beneficial.
Willingness to travel as needed.
