About the Role:

We are a growing business based in Karur, Tamil Nadu, with over ₹10 Crore annual revenue. We're seeking an experienced CFO-level advisor who can help us:

Create and manage a cash flow improvement plan
Strategically reduce our current debt obligations
Negotiate repayment plans with suppliers
Streamline our finances, improve profitability
Assist in refinancing, working capital planning, and investor readiness if needed
Provide monthly financial dashboards and strategic insights
Strategic Financial Planning
Risk Management
Performance Management
Financial Reporting and Analysis

Ideal Candidate:

Prior experience as CFO in a ₹10Cr+ business
Strong knowledge of Indian financial regulations, bank loans, GST, TDS
Experience with debt management, vendor negotiations, and P&L optimization
If you’ve helped other companies in textile, manufacturing, or wholesale B2B, that’s a plus!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹26,482.85 - ₹46,527.86 per month

Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
