As our CFO you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing Luca's financial strategy. Your role will encompass overseeing all financial operations, driving fundraising efforts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic insights to support our growth objectives. You will lead the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with Luca's business objectives, ensuring long-term financial sustainability and profitability.
Fundraising and Investor Relations: Lead capital-raising initiatives, manage relationships with investors, and provide transparent and timely financial reporting.
Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to inform strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure robust internal controls, compliance with financial regulations, and effective risk management practices.
Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, promoting professional growth and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other departments to align financial goals with company-wide initiatives, supporting product development, marketing, and operations.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years in senior financial leadership roles, preferably within high-growth tech companies or startups.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record in fundraising, financial planning, and risk management; familiarity with SaaS or fintech business models is advantageous.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex financial information to diverse stakeholders. German?
