About the Role
As an enthusiastic advocate for unlocking revenue growth through operational excellence, the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations will be accountable for implementing transformation initiatives and ensuring the necessary frameworks have been designed and implemented to create growth opportunities and drive efficiency. In this high-visibility leadership role, the ideal candidate will translate business strategy into execution by overseeing the design and implementation of operational process and technology enhancements to increase revenue. This person has exceptional business savvy, financial analysis, and business partnership skills with deep expertise enhancing the scalability of revenue operations. The Sr. Dir. of Rev Ops will collaborate closely with leaders of revenue functions (Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Growth GMs), business technology functions (business applications, data solutions, analytics), finance, and strategy leaders to drive revenue growth and operational excellence by optimizing cross-functional strategy and execution.

What You Will Do

Manage revenue strategy and execution to support and enable global growth initiatives
Lead cross-functional projects using various data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover growth and optimization opportunities
Work in partnership with leaders across departments to define, design and deliver on change management and strategies to achieve agreed-upon business goals, ensuring focus is on highest-impact initiatives
Translate market and business strategies into specific actions to generate growth
Collaborate with senior leaders of across the organization to drive annual revenue operations planning cycles and goal alignment across cross-functional businesses (including commissions, forecasts, territory planning and segmentation).
Develop and influence new processes and technologies that optimize the path for supporting the revenue growth of the businesses globally
Build strong working relationships with executives and key leaders across teams (e.g. product, engineering, marketing, information technology and finance) and influence the goals and priorities of stakeholders whose mission aligns with that of Revenue Operations

What You Will Need

Experience in crafting strategic vision, making data-driven business decisions, including identifying gaps or business needs, and innovating and scaling solutions
Possess that rare blend sales acumen wrapped in a strong people-first mentality
Demonstrated experience in and passion for data analytics and deal intelligence operations thorough understanding of cross-functional alignment in a global environment
Management experience and skills with proven experience influencing in a highly-matrixed company
Extensive experience engaging at an executive level both internally with cross-functional groups and externally with vendors
Proven record of leading a diverse, high performing team across geographical regions and experience building high-performing, inclusive teams; experience managing ICs, senior managers and directors
Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability, while also able to collaborate and coach cross-functionally with exceptional intrapersonal skills
Proven ability to thrive in a fluid, fast-paced, unpredictable environment
Unquestionable ethics, integrity and business judgment; you share our values, and work in accordance with those values.
Proven ability to grow new business and find new revenue opportunities
Deep understanding of our industry markets, customers and competitors in order to target needs and drive sales
Can model positive energy and handle stress in the face of challenges, deadlines and financial pressures.
Salary Range is $180,000 - $200,000 USD Annually
Salary Range is based on experience, skills and geographical location.
