Our Global IT client has a Sales Operations position, supporting on of their key laptop devices. You will report into the UK Channel lead and be responsible for leading, creating, streamlining and orchestrating processes across the Channel team.

Supporting in areas such as:

Development of highly scaled and efficient operational services & support

Core sales operational processes, supporting Customer and Partner opportunities, warranty and deal registration processes.

working with partners and internal sales teams to manage deal queries and escalations

Streamlining & optimizing of these processes whilst standardizing across the Business Segments

Driving enhancements to core digital selling tools

Providing business analytics and actionable insights

Partner closely with Sales Excellence to deploy and/or enhance rhythms & sales processes

Providing business analytics & develop reports ensuring thebusinesses can realize opportunities for revenue growth or efficiency improvements.

You will have experience of driving rigor and sales discipline. Demonstrable experience within Sales Excellence, Business Planning, Sales operations and/or Finance. Executive exposure & cross-functional stakeholder management and strong communication skills to liaise with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.

This is a PAYE contract role until 30th June 2024. (NB: any extension will not exceed a total of 18 months). On a rate of up to £20.16 per hour based on experience.

You will receive a 5% bonus upon completion and benefits such as paid annual leave, paid sick, bank holidays, notice period and pension.

Please note this is a hybrid role which may require presence onsite at our client`s Reading offices 2 days per week.
