Who You Are And What You’ll Do

As a Revenue Operations Specialist with a strong focus on maximizing revenue growth, you will play a crucial role in aligning our sales, marketing, and customer success efforts. You will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in HubSpot to optimize workflows, data management, reporting, and integrations. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our revenue generation processes. As a Revenue Operations Specialist you will:

Revel in being a self-starter and be able to get projects over the finish line.
Serve as part of the HubSpot team of experts, owning some of the administration, configuration, and optimization of our HubSpot instance to support sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and refine workflows that enhance lead management, pipeline visibility, and customer engagement.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customer journey, enabling the creation of segmented lists, lead scoring models, and personalized communication strategies.
Regularly monitor and maintain data integrity within HubSpot, including lead/contact information, opportunity stages, and campaign attribution.
Design and generate custom reports and dashboards in HubSpot to provide actionable insights to sales, marketing, and customer success teams. This includes forecasting and budgeting and analyzing variances.
Manage HubSpot integrations with other tools in our tech stack to ensure seamless data flow and accurate reporting across systems and stay up-to-date with latest features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve our revenue operations strategies.
Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot usage, ensuring all users can maximize the platform's capabilities.

Special Projects:

Refine the current HubSpot data and support customer success by bringing customer contracts in line with the updated standard pricing, products and terms of condition.

What you bring

5 years of experience in a revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations role with a strong focus on HubSpot.
HubSpot certifications (HubSpot Certified Administrator, HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Sales Software) are highly preferred.
Proven track record of optimizing revenue operations processes through HubSpot implementation and management.
Deep understanding of lead management, marketing automation, and sales pipeline management concepts.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to have:

Understanding of integrations between tech tool stacks, eager to learn more, and always questioning ‘why’!
