FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Salary Range: $17 - $19

SUMMARY OF JOB:

MARCO Promos is a leading supplier of customized promotional products and meeting supplies to thousands of businesses and organizations throughout the United States for over 50 years. So that the entire team can achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, the Sales Operations Assistant position will establish a strong partnership with each member of the sales, customer experience and quality assurance teams. This position will support the Director of Sales Operations and Customer Experience and team with various responsibilities and projects to keep the department running smoothly.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review and distribution of web orders to the sales representatives.
Evaluate incoming leads and distribute them among sales team.
Provider order support to the customer experience specialist team.
Analyze sales data throughout the year.
Gather data on call trends, email activity and various other components.
Designate samples qualifications among the team.
Handle special projects assigned by executive management.
Assist with processing orders via email or phone.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Outstanding communication skills.
Strong attention to detail
Ability to efficiently organize and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Promotional Products Experience preferred.
College degree preferred, but not required.
A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a customer service position.
Or equivalent combination of education and experience listed above.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
