Key Result Areas (KRAs/) for Chief Revenue officer -

1.Revenue Strategy Planning & Execution -

Develop and implement comprehensive revenue generation strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and market dynamics.
Define revenue targets, sales forecasts, and performance metrics to measure progress towards revenue goals.
Wound be responsible for Targeted revenue generation of the company for over all service portfolio

2.Sales Leadership:

Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales team, including setting sales targets, performance expectations, and incentive structures. A consistent review & improvisation of sales plan.
Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on customer-centricity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

3. Market Expansion and Business Development:

Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our TIC business into new markets, industries, and geographical regions.
Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, industry associations, and potential clients.

4. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Lead efforts to upsell additional services and cultivate long-term partnerships with clients to drive repeat business.

5.Product and Service Innovation:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our TIC service offerings based on market trends, customer feedback, and regulatory requirements.
Drive innovation initiatives to differentiate our TIC solutions and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.

6. Strategic Partnerships and Alliances:

Identify potential strategic partners, joint ventures, or acquisition targets to accelerate revenue growth and expand our TIC service portfolio.
Negotiate partnership agreements and oversee the integration of partner offerings into our sales strategy.

We would Prefer Candidature with following -

Proven track record of 10+ years in revenue leadership roles within the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry or a related field.
Extensive experience in developing and executing revenue growth strategies, including market expansion, sales management, and business development.
Strong understanding of TIC industry trends, regulatory requirements, and customer needs across various sectors (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, automotive).
Excellent analytical abilities, with the capacity to interpret sales data, assess market dynamics, and make data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment while maintaining a focus on quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction
