Market Enginuity is looking for a Sales Operations Director to join our team in this fully remote (US only) role and will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement to ensure system/reporting accuracy while garnering support from cross-functional teams in order to implement and execute changes to the sales process.

Responsibilities:

Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management and sales marketing to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies and facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement.
Working with IT, implementing enabling technologies for sales teams. Works closely with sales management to optimize the effectiveness of our sales technology investments.
Coordinate required training for teams as it pertains to processes and technology utilized by the sales teams. This includes, but is not limited to, the creation and disbursement of materials, leading training sessions, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure proper articulation of requirements.

Requirements

3+ years experience in either sales and/or sales operations role in a B2B Sales centric Organization.
A deep understanding of media marketing strategies and a proven track record of creating campaigns and initiatives that increase revenue are preferred.
Extensive knowledge of sales enablement technologies (HubSpot experience preferred), processes, and best practices.
Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
Proven success at managing cross-functional teams and developing talent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizational skills
Passion for supporting, teaching, and enabling people’s success with tools, sales methodologies & training
Proven track record of exceeding goals or targets
Experience or familiarity with Outreach.io and Gong.io preferred
Ability to work with sales teams in various time zones
