About the role

Sales Operations is a key pillar in Market Logic’s Deal Desk as part of the overall Customer Value Operations team. This role leads Market Logic’s Sales Operations to work with Sales teams and Sales leadership as a catalyst for customer value generation and growth.

The role and your impact at the team

Lead the sales operations function and act as a point of contact for all deal support requests and sales process alignment requests
Define clear processes, cadences, and rules on how Sales Operations in close collaboration with Account and Service Operations interact with all stakeholders, define SLAs, and assign resources to sales requests
Work closely with the regional sales team, customer value teams, marketing, and other relevant departments to drive deal closing, revenue growth, and KPIs
Define in collaboration with Product Management and Marketing required product collaterals and respective rollout to the sales teams
Drive contracting and renew management in cooperation with Legal, Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success
Perform Deal Desk support through customer opportunity lifecycle: mainly drive RFI/RFP/RFQ projects, develop customer-specific solutions and pricing proposals, and prepare commercial contracts by facilitating alignment between sales, PM, Finance, and legal teams

You will fit great with the following skills and qualifications

At least 3-5 years working in sales, sales operations, or marketing operations
Expert knowledge in MLS, PPT, and Word, as well as professional level on HubSpot / Salesforce
Experience in a SaaS B2B environment is a distinct advantage
Strong process knowledge, sales attitude, communication, and problem-solving skills, planning, time management, and project management foundation
Proficient in go-to-market activities, sales methodologies and approaches, storytelling, and pricing
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to work collaboratively and independently
