Job Title: Sales Operations Administrator

Summary

Responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans within a defined area. Includes sales management, account management, channel management, field sales/merchandising force (including traditional trade, modern trade, wholesale, distributor, and new business), and sales control and field evaluations. Support and enable the sales organization to deliver excellent execution of the market's sales strategy. Responsible for supporting the customer and channels teams to drive sales force effectiveness and productivity.

Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes decisions based on factual information This is typically a Assignment with significantly more authority and responsibility at this Assignment level.
It should be selected to recognize differences that are not enough to be represented by a separate Assignment level, such as increased proficiency in skills/competencies to perform responsibilities, greater impact on the business unit, customer, segment, geography, etc.
May also provide guidance or leadership to other Associates.
In some countries, the field sales force may be split from key account management (national and international).
May include but is not limited to, field coverage, promotional volume alignment, call cycles, customer and channel segmentation, data collection and analysis, sales systems, and supporting tools.
Sales Operations/Administration General Sales Operations/Administration work is focused on sales analysis and reporting and includes.
Selecting, managing, and training sales staff on sales-related systems, databases, and associated processes
Order processing and customer support including advising customers of product shortages, expected delivery dates, price changes, etc.
Organizing sales seminars and workshops for customers
Managing inventory of sales literature and brochures
Conducting competitor research and maintaining a library of competitor information.
Preparing reports related to customer inquiries, sales trends, customer complaints, delivery/service problems, reasons for product returns, etc.

Requirements

Looking for a Candidate with great knowledge of Excel and possible Analytical Background.
