Job Description:

As the Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our sales operations, including sales forecasting, planning, analysis, and team management. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that targets are met and revenue goals are achieved. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that all sales initiatives align with our overall marketing strategy and brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Create and manage accurate sales forecasting models to ensure optimal planning and decision-making
Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that sales initiatives are aligned with our overall marketing strategy
Manage and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to optimize their performance
Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain our competitive edge
Ensure that all sales processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with company policies and standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and distributors
Utilize Salesforce to manage sales data and metrics, and to optimize sales processes and workflows

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in sales operations or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and analysis
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated experience managing a sales team, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop individuals to achieve their potential
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience working with CRM software, data analysis tools, and other sales-related technology, with specific experience using Salesforce preferred

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
